Fusion Rubber to Metal Primer CP-GRM is actually an interface between the rubber and metal and so has to offer high bond strengths between both surfaces. CP-GRM has proven to be the ideal product for priming metal surfaces when bonding rubber in high tension applications such as pulley lagging. Unlike zinc based primers, which are very prone to settling, CP-GRM utilizes polymers and organic compounds to achieve a high strength bond.
A mixture of polymers, organic compounds and mineral fillers dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent system. Available in Quart, Gallon and 5 Gallon pails.
To be used as a metal primer in rubber tank or chute lining, pulley lagging, and all applications where a bond to metal requires enhancement. Can be used on steel, aluminum, titanium, wood and other substrates. Can be applied with a brush, roller or spray.
