FusionLagg URDS Rubber Lagging System… The unique profile design and superior quality rubber compound places Fusion URDS lagging at the forefront of conveyor drive pulley lagging development. The profile pattern provides effective surface contact with the conveyor belt. At the same time the open area or spacing between the profiles effectively removes product fines, moisture and water when present on the system.
FusionLagg URDS rubber lagging is designed to be applied to the pulley with the grooves in the lagging running horizontal to the pulley face (as shown). Where access is limited and the lagging has to be installed insitu this eliminates the need for a circumferential joint.
