FusionLagg BMD
FusionLagg BMD(Black Mini Diamond) is a small diamond pulley lagging, ideal for driven pulleys with medium tensions and belt ratings. Press cured using high temperature and pressure FusionLagg is proven to give significantly longer life than steam cured pulleys and will not prematurely harden causing slippage like steam cured. Fusionlagg BMD features the Fusion bonding layer technology which provides a superior bond to the pulley face.
FusionLagg URDS
The unique profile design and superior quality rubber compound places Fusion URDS lagging at the forefront of conveyor drive pulley lagging development. The profile pattern provides effective surface contact with the conveyor belt. At the same time the open area or spacing between the profiles effectively removes product fines, moisture and water when present on the system.

Unlike other strip lagging you do not have to buff the back and cement it to achieve a good bond because StripLagg already has the bonding layer on!
PrimeDrive
Utilizing aircraft grade aluminum cores in a flexible wing design and fastened with self-tapping corrosion resistant bolts. PrimeDrive is the most unique lagging offering in years. It completely eliminates the grinding and cutting required to remove lagging that has corroded after months of use. It can be easily fastened with a pneumatic drill and socket driver, avoiding the use of burn permits and the risk of fire or explosion. Change-outs can be accomplished in 2-3 hours because the hole pattern already exists!

Fusion Clean Solvent
Fusion Clean Solvent has been specially formulated to be the aggressive solvent required for the rubber fabrication and conveyor splicing industry. Fusion Clean Solvent is a blend of cyclohexane and xylene which are both aromatic distillates instead of petroleum distillates like toluene. This very pure solvent will not leave behind an oil residue like some toluene which can inhibit or prevent sufficient adhesion to ensure success. Each splice or fabrication project is only as good as the solvent!
Fusion Rubber to Metal Primer
Fusion Rubber to Metal Primer CP-GRM is actually an interface between the rubber and metal and so has to offer high bond strengths between both surfaces. CP-GRM has proven to be the ideal product for priming metal surfaces when bonding rubber in high tension applications such as pulley lagging. Unlike zinc based primers, which are very prone to settling, CP-GRM utilizes polymers and organic compounds to achieve a high strength bond.
